Recover Unsaved MS-Word Documents

Recently one of my friend told me that he lost an important report which is written in word and asked me any way to recover it and i am help less at that moment because i don’t know any procedure to recover them,But now if he asks me i can surely help..And here is the procedure to recover unsaved word files

Step1:

Move to the word option[Microsoft Word 2007] from the word menu and shift to Advanced tab.



Stwp 2:

Find the “Save” submenu by scrolling down and  Look for “Always Create Back-up copy” and then “Allow background Saves”. This will help you re-store all your files instantly. The back-up files of word are saved as:- .wbk extension.

Change The default Color Of Your MS-Office 2007&2010

I think every one knows MS-Office and many of us also uses it.By default the background color of all the office programs are blue and if you get bored of seeing the blue here the way to change it.



Step 1:

Click on the circular button which on the left top and you will get a menu and the end of the menu you will have Options button



Step 2:

After clicking on the Word Options button you will get a dialogue box which has different tabs like this.



Step 3:

Select the Popular tab and you can see the Color Scheme option and beside that you have a drop down button which shows the different colors and you can use any of the color you like.



And you can use the same way in both MS-Office 2007 and 2010..
